has worked with all types of companies from start-ups to large public companies valued at over $10 billion. Prior to joining Effectus, Matt was one of the managing partners of a successful international accounting firm focused on cross-border transactions. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a master’s degree in Accounting and a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and Business Administration.
