The Product Management team at Zuora are in the frontlines, intimately working with Zuora customers and users to identify product opportunities, functional requirements and business processes. We translate this data into product strategy, roadmap and detailed requirements that are hyper focused on business impact and customer value. Product Managers evangelize with internal and external stakeholders for buy-in and partner with engineering to bring their product to life. Additionally, Product Managers will ensure success of their product by working with their Product Marketing counterparts to drive pricing strategy, product positioning, promotional planning, product launches and product adoption strategies.




As a Senior Technical Product Manager on the Platform Product Management team, your focus will be to drive the overall vision, strategy and product offering that unlocks Zuora’s ecosystem integrations. You will initially be responsible for designing a core integration platform service, and making sure it can be easily adopted across Zuora’s product portfolio. Following, in partnership with fellow product managers and the customer’s they represent, you will help deliver connectors that help our customers gain value from Zuora. Ecosystem integrations may include,  

  • App Stores (i.e. Amazon Prime, Apple, Google, Roku, Samsung)
  • CRM Systems (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM)
  • ERP Systems (i.e. Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
  • Media Channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Hubspot)

What You’ll Achieve

  • Define an inspiring vision for the future state of ecosystem connectors and integrations for Zuora. 
  • Drive product roadmap with data. Thorough and precise discovery of new features to deeply understand the problem that is being solved and the value the product will bring to the customers.
  • Drive product improvements with data. Ensure all products released by Zuora are properly instrumented to capture KPIs along with automated listening systems to act on that data.
  • Deliver high quality workflow and business process automation products. Drive and converge towards a solution, coordinating and collaborating with other interdependent product domains. Be responsible for the final product and make sure it delivers the value the customers expect from it
  • Drive Adoption. Collaborate with product teams across Zuora to ensure that all new features and products are designed with Data in mind. Partner cross functionally with support teams, infrastructure teams, customer success organizations, etc, to drive organizational alignment around requirements and implementation of Data solutions. Ultimately drive adoption of the features delivered to our customers.


What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • 7+ years technical product management experience in B2B integration services, integration technologies, or enterprise resource planning software.
  • Experience with build vs buy analysis of 3rd party iPaaS, business process management (BPM) solutions, Workflow and/or API integration products.
  • Hands-on working knowledge with ETL, EAI, API management, BPM, workflow management, and/or service orchestration solutions.
  • Experience with large and mid-market ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Workday is desirable.
  • Demonstrated success defining and shipping products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective.
  • Participate actively in standard agile activities such as daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, sprint demos, user experience
  • Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives
  • Fantastic problem-solving abilities, analytical horsepower, and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to work with distributed engineering, sales, and services teams
  • Passion for the market and opportunity Zuora is pursuing
