Customers have changed. They’re looking for new ways to engage with businesses. Consumers today have a new set of expectations. They want outcomes, not ownership. Customization, not generalization. Constant improvement, not planned obsolescence.

In the old world (let’s call it the Product Economy) it was all about things. Acquiring new customers, shipping commodities, billing for one-time transactions. But in today’s new era, it’s all about relationships. More and more customers are becoming subscribers because subscription experiences built around services meet consumers’ needs better than the static offerings or a single product.

Our vision is “The World Subscribed” where one day every company will be a part of the Subscription Economy® (a phrase coined by our CEO, Tien Tzuo and author of the best selling book Abonniert).

Trust, integrity, and collaboration are the heart of our team culture. We are a data-driven team that drives to make a difference for those we support and in our results.  We strive to drive a world class high performing team by developing our people and driving growth opportunities.

YOUR MISSION: You will have the opportunity to be a part of a best-in-class Finance team that drives visibility and business results.

THE OPPORTUNITY (AKA: Why you want this role over any other out there)

This is an opportunity to be part of our growth story, to be part of a company to whom the world’s best companies turn to for driving technology and business transformations necessary to win in the Subscription Economy.

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will partner with our SVP, Global Services to develop accurate forecasts, guide financial decisions and provide insights.

  • Deliver excellent business partnership to our Global Services groups to manage the budget, provide visibility on risks and opportunities, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify and measure key metrics for Global Services FP&A that drive business outcomes.
  • Forecast Professional Services revenue, understanding the inputs and drivers and ensuring accuracy of data
  • Drive the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and close processes.
  • Drive efficiency in our processes and reporting to scale for growth.

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance (at least 1 year in SaaS)
  • Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
  • Well organized and goal oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptive experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Global Services or Professional Services organizations preferred
