Zuora University is a one-stop training solution to help our customers get started, get fluent, and scale with Zuora. And it’s a supportive community where Zuora customers can learn and enhance their skills.

Role-based Training
We have self-guided training that’s broken down into 6 role-based buckets:
- Billing and Payment Operations
- Accounting and Finance
- Admin
- Sales and Sales Operations
- IT Developer
- Product Manager
In addition to the self-guided courses, which are broken down into modular thirty minute bits, we also offer 12 live instructor video conference training sessions a month. This is the opportunity to work with a live instructor in real-time, to get answers to your specific questions.

We also offer two certification programs:
- Zuora Admin Certification
- Zuora Product Catalog Manager Certification
Many of our customers like to use these certifications as a litmus test: a formal gate that employees have to go through before they are the official owner of the product catalog or the Zuora admin for their company.
